Geoteam complies with the requirements of the Data Protection Regulation also called the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The new data protection regulation applies from May 25, 2018 and means, among other things. a. That you gain better control over what personal information companies and organizations have about you. We treat all our customers, partners, suppliers, and employees' personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation and with the utmost respect for personal privacy.

Geoteam never sells personal data to third parties. We never transfer or process any information to another unauthorized party.
Personal data processed by third parties is of such a nature to be able to fulfill an agreed service and our commitments to our customers and employees. No personal data transfers are made to a so-called third country (countries located outside the EU / ESS) All Personal Data processed with us is limited to what that service requires in order to be communicated. Or that other Swedish legislation requires certain information to be stored, such as the Accounting Act. Transfer of information or transparency to third parties such as authorities.
How long your personal data is stored
Your personal information is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy. Upon termination of the agreement, Geoteam will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable time, unless another Swedish or European law, court or authority says otherwise. Your rights
Geoteam is responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with applicable legislation. We will, at your request or on your own initiative, correct, de-identify, delete or supplement any information found to be incorrect, incomplete or misleading. You have the right to request:
Access to your personal data.
This means that you have the right to request a record of the processing we carry out regarding your personal data. You also have the right to receive a copy of the personal data processed. You have the right, once a calendar year, through a written signed application, to receive a free record of the personal data that is registered about you, the purposes of the processing. You are also entitled to receive information in the register extract about where the data has been collected from if the personal data has not been collected from you, the existence of automated decision-making (including profiling) and the foreseeable period during which the data will be stored or the criteria used to determine this period.
Correction of your personal data.
At your request, we will correct the incorrect or incomplete information we process about you as soon as possible.
Deletion of your personal data.
This means that you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted if they are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected. However, there may be legal requirements that we may not immediately delete your personal information in, for example, accounting and tax legislation. We will then terminate the treatment done for purposes other than following the legislation.
Limitation of treatment.
This means that your personal data is marked so that it can only be processed for certain specific purposes. Among other things, you can request a limitation when you believe your information is incorrect and you have requested correction.
